You are water —
flowing through the river of life.
You are water —
the rain that hits the ground to give life to seeds
planted deep into the soil.
You are water —
the cooling feeling on a hot summer day.
You are water —
every teardrop adds to the pool around you,
carrying the weight of your worries.

I hardly write anything here but I wrote this in my actual notebook earlier and felt like, hey, should I post it?
I am so distracted, sad, distraught. My mood is so bad so I guess I take refuge in words and images that I associate with life and sadness. Water.
I don't even know what water is sad. I just feel like it is.
